We offer both manual and automatic driving lessons and we use modern teaching techniques and technology to make learning to drive fun and engaging. Our Intensive course is a far more cost effective way to learn, as you do not waste lessons refreshing information that you would have been taught months ago. Our course takes place in just one week so is easy to slot into your lifestyle and can fit around your work college and family commitments. All our in car training is on a one to one basis with a DVSA approved driving instructor.
We also cater to those who prefer to do weekly lessons.

Course content
The course covers all skills required to pass your driving test.
Stage 1 ( 1 - 10 hours ) :
This first stage of the course is about establishing and consolidating foundational driving skills that will be built upon in stages 2 and 3 of the intensive 5 day course.
At the end of this stage you are able to carry out the following 4 manoeuvres without any help from your instructor:
Move away under control
Build up your speed to 30 mph using all the gears at the correct time.
Carry out simply left & right turns
Deal with simple T junctions safely
This part of the course will concentrate on the following skills:
Controls
Moving away
Stopping
Hill starts
Turning left
Turning right
T junctions
Crossroad’s
Stage 2: ( 11 - 20 hours ) :
This second stage of training introduces more challenging driving to the learner and builds on skills from the first stage. At the end of this stage you should be able to carry out the following 5 manoeuvres without any help from your instructor:
Control the car at slow speeds
Reverse park under control & accurately
Carry out difficult left & right turns
Deal with difficult T junctions
Use reasonable judgement in meeting situations and emerging from junctions
Topics covered in this part of the course are as follows:
Reverse & bay parking
Meeting situations
Difficult left turns
Difficult right turns
Difficult T junctions
Difficult crossroad’s
Stage 3 (5hrs ) :
This stage teaches more advanced skills required by the driving test, each requiring a combination or development of skills learned in previous stages.
At the end of this stage you should be able to carry out the following 4 manoeuvres without any help from your instructor:
Stop the vehicle in an emergency under full control
Deal with pedestrian crossings safely
Show awareness and anticipation when approaching pedestrian crossings and cyclists
Make progress by driving at a speed appropriate to the road conditions
